Multiplan once again joins up Black Friday, one of the biggest retail events in the world, with the traditional Lápis Vermelho promotion - the company's seal of approval. During the week of November 22-28, the shopping centers are promoting the “What's Good in Black Friday” campaign, highlighting the ease that the Multi superapp offers consumers by combining the best promotions in a single place.

During the sales period, customers will have access, through Multi's "Advantage Hub," to offers of up to 70% and discount coupons for purchases in physical stores in several categories, such as fashion and accessories, cosmetics and beauty, food, household goods, electronics and events. There are also benefits in Christmas promotions. The campaign's website already allows you to register to receive information about “What's Good in Black Friday" and track the selection of offers.

"One of the challenges that consumers face on promotional dates like Black Friday is the difficulty in identifying the best opportunities, because they are spread across a number of stores. For this reason, this year we ratcheted up Multi as a benefit aggregator, joining offers of up to 70% and in-person coupons. This allows customers to leave home knowing exactly what discounts they want to take advantage of," says Rodrigo Peres, Multiplan's Head of Marketing and Digital Innovations (MIND).

In addition, during Black Friday week, consumers can boost their chances to win prizes in the shopping centers' Christmas promotions with double coupons. To participate in the promotions, customers must register their sales receipts on the app. The mechanics vary and can be checked on Multi or on each mall's website.

The superapp also offers a direct sales channel for those who prefer to benefit from the Black Friday deals without leaving home. By clicking on the "Buy through WhatsApp option," the consumer has access to shopkeeper contacts and can arrange the purchase and delivery directly using each store's WhatsApp. This channel, which currently brings together contacts from more than 1,200 stores, is also available on the websites of all Multiplan's shopping centers.

Customers can monitor discounts at, on the Multi superapp, on the Lapis Vermelho Facebook and Instagram pages, and on the websites and social networks of the malls themselves.
