On April 1, 2022, an accidental collapse of the dismantled tower at
the Company's plant caused the Tainan City Government to suffer losses
such as overtime and additional expenses. The estimated amount is at least
NT$2.41 million.

Our contractor ”Jiong De Company” is willing to be responsible for this
claim according to the law.
