Faurecia has just signed a five-year partnership agreement with the CNRS focusing on several areas of research. Examples of collaboration areas being discussed are  Cockpit of the Future (in particular human-vehicle interaction and cabin thermal management), hydrogen systems and sustainable materials (in particular circular economy).

This partnership will enable Faurecia to have regular exchanges on a large variety of research fields, benefit from the CNRS's recognized expertise, and create collaborative research projects by pooling together human and financial resources. Faurecia will also have access to the CNRS ecosystem of partners, especially startups in those fields.

The CNRS is The French National Centre for Scientific Research, one of the world's leading research institutions. Its scientists explore the living world, matter, the Universe, and the functioning of human societies in order to meet the major challenges of tomorrow.
