This holiday season, and in honor of Small Business Saturday, we’re excited to spotlight a high-quality favorite from our Southeast region who is an excellent example of regional flair: Treylor Park Restaurant. Their signature offerings – including one below that you won’t find anywhere else – are a fantastic reason why Regency Loves Local.

At Treylor Park, we’ve been known for our unique and funky takes on Southern fare, inspired by the local lifestyles and history of the Southeast,” said Rick Kunzi, Co-Owner. “When we looked to expand our brand across the Georgia/Florida line, we found the perfect home at Nocatee Town Center. Regency has been great to work with and really understands the value of local operators and what they bring to a destination. Now, as a thank you to our fantastic and ever growing community, we’d like to share one of our favorite drink recipes: The Wicked Kiwi.

Now more than ever, it’s important to showcase our best-in-class local merchandising, unique culture, and meaningful destinations that make our centers the staples of their surrounding communities. At Nocatee Town Center, Treylor Park is one of 15 small businesses currently operating at the shopping center — and these 15 local businesses happen to make up 50% of the current merchandising mix.
